Zhinga Grant-Wilson from Halesowen is a dedicated carer at Portway House in Oldbury and has recently received recognition and an award by the West Midlands Care Association for her unwavering commitment and excellence.

At just 33 years old, Zhinga has spent the last three years at Portway House, devoting herself to the well-being and comfort of elderly residents under her care.
